Appointments are primarily available within 30 km of our Brisbane North base.
Due to travel time and scheduling constraints, we are unable to accommodate home visits beyond this range.

Apple Pay, Google Pay: 1.69% third-party processing fee

Payment Policy
All payments must be completed by the end of the consultation.
Payment may be required before a procedure/treatment is administered.
Payment plans are not allowed.
All outstanding payments must be completed before a next appointment can be booked.
All invoices must be paid before the due date.

Saying goodbye is never easy, but it can be peaceful, dignified, and free from stress. We provide compassionate in-home euthanasia, allowing your pet to pass in a familiar and loving environment.

Aftercare
Which option is right for me?
Individual Cremation
A private cremation where your pet's ashes are returned to you.
Your pet is cremated individually.
Ashes are returned in the urn or keepsake you choose through the cremation provider.
Additional cremation fees apply and are charged separately by the cremation company.
If the cremation provider is unable to collect directly from your home, GetVet will safely transport and care for your pet until collection (GetVet aftercare fees apply).
We will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Group Cremation
A respectful communal cremation where ashes are not returned.
Your pet is cremated with other beloved pets.
Ashes are not returned.
There are no cremation fees charged by the cremation company.
GetVet will safely transport and care for your pet until transfer to the crematorium (GetVet aftercare fees apply).
We will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Home Burial
Keep your pet at home for burial on your own property, where permitted (City council laws apply).
Your pet remains in your care following the appointment.
No cremation fees apply.
No GetVet aftercare fees apply.
We recommend preparing a suitable burial location before your appointment where possible.
Please ensure home burial is permitted under your local council regulations.
