I started GetVet because I know how stressful it can be to fit pet care into an already busy life. Too often, people were forced to take time off work or pay high emergency fees for problems that could have been managed by a GP vet. I wanted to change that. By bringing vet care directly to your home, I make it easier for pets to feel calm and for you to feel supported — no rushing, no stress, just practical solutions when you need them most. Whether that’s a simple check-up, help with ongoing health issues, or being there for the harder moments. My goal is always the same: to bring calm, clarity, and genuine care to each visit.

I graduated with Honours in Veterinary Science from the University of Queensland and have called Brisbane home for the past 10 years, after moving here from Singapore. Previously, I’ve worked in vet clinics, served as a medic in the Singapore Armed Forces, and volunteered at international zoos and wildlife centres.

Clients often tell me what they value most is not just the treatment, but the way I explain things clearly and take the time to listen. I focus on solutions that are practical, compassionate, and tailored to your family. From managing anxiety in pets to guiding owners through complex decisions, I see my role as more than treating symptoms — it’s about supporting the bond you share with your pet and helping you feel confident every step of the way. At the heart of it, I’m here to take the worry off your shoulders and help your pets live healthier, happier lives.

I am a small animal veterinarian with a passion for helping families feel understood and supported in every stage of their pet’s life. Originally from Hong Kong, I’ve now made Brisbane my permanent home and built strong connections with the local community. Being fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English means I can connect easily with families from all backgrounds, making sure nothing gets lost in translation when it comes to your pet’s health. My goal is making sure pet owners feel heard and confident in the care their pets receive.

After graduating with Honours in Veterinary Science from the University of Queensland, I worked across a number of veterinary clinics all over Brisbane. This gave me the chance to manage a broad variety of cases, from routine health checks and preventive care to complex medical challenges. That wide experience taught me to adapt quickly, think practically, and always focus on solutions that work best for each pet and their family.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, keeping active, and spending time with my 13-year-old toy poodle, Chico. Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm, approachable manner and the way I take time to explain things clearly. Whether it’s guiding owners through treatment options, easing a pet’s anxiety, or offering reassurance during difficult times, my role is to make veterinary care personal, professional, and supportive.
