Pricing
Important Information:
If the crematorium is doing a home collection directly after the appointment, we will not charge any aftercare fees.
This service must be arranged in advance and is subject to the crematorium’s availability.

Appointments are primarily available within 30 km of our Brisbane North base.
Due to travel time and scheduling constraints, we are unable to accommodate home visits beyond this range.
Individual Cremation
A private and personalised option. Your pet’s ashes will be packaged and returned to you in a beautiful urn or keepsake of your choice. This service is arranged and charged separately by a cremation company. We will safely transport and hold your pet at our practice until the transfer to the cremators, keeping you updated at every stage.
Group Cremation
For a dignified farewell and respectful way to honour your pet’s memory. There are no extra charges from the cremation company for this service. We will safely transport and hold your pet at our practice until transfer to the crematorium, keeping you updated at every stage. Ashes are not returned. They are scattered with dignity on a peaceful farm property in Kyogle, where your pet can rest naturally.

Payment Policy
All payments must be completed at the end of the consultation.
Payment plans are not allowed.
All outstanding payments must be completed before a next appointment can be booked.
